Mr. Marquin Russell
I enlisted in the Army March 1999 and retied June 2019. After 20 years of military service, my wife and I decided to settle in the Shoals area. I accepted the position as a JROTC instructor and Computer Science teacher in August 2020. I am always excited to motivate students to become better citizens!
